1,5-2,5 years

This 30-minute class is a wonderful introduction to movement, breath, and yoga. The class includes many fixed elements. This helps them gradually understand what a class is and build confidence through recognition.

We create a safe space where your child can connect with others and develop self-confidence – all while having lots of fun. We practice moments of rest and encourage your child to explore.

2,5-4 years

This 45-minute class is playful and full of movement, dance, and yoga. We focus on developing your child’s motor skills. Together, we support each other as we climb, crawl, and even fly!

The class has a fixed beginning and ending. Each week, we explore a new theme that connects to the children’s world, such as the seasons, the forest, or the sea. We also pay attention to breathing awareness.

4-7 years

The classes for children aged 4-7 are specially designed to match their world, with fun exercises and a relaxed atmosphere.

Working together with your child we explore movement and balance. We create space to understand emotions and build self-confidence. Together, we explore how the body and breath can help create a sense of calm, while leaving plenty of room for fun and creativity.

Mukha

Heard it before in a yoga class? Adho Mukha Svanasana means downward-facing dog! It's one of our favorite poses. It symbolizes movement, and our aim is to keep young parents and children on the move!

Mukha means 'face' or 'facing,' translated from Sanskrit. Through yoga, we gain the tools to truly face ourselves and each other. We also believe emotional wellbeing is essential for children's development. A smile, a frown, or tears, all is welcome.
